Assistant Professor
I am a specialist  in Neurophysiology/ Biology filed with a strong exposure and passion for modeling and simulation in vitro and in vivo conditions.
While pursuing my degree, you can find my unique ability to couple the medical and engineering from my bachelor degree in electrical engineering, master in biomedical engineering, PhD in neuroscience and Postdoctoral in biology studies.
Most of my academic experience is animal/human behavioral experiment design, Machine learning,  data analysis, electrophysiology, statistical toolbox, computational modeling, and algorithm design on human/animal models. Recently, I finished a postdoctoral researcher in sleep lab. Of Lausanne University I had mainly focused on nervous system by studying the principles of sleep modeling and disordering on mice and human. I am culturing primary cortico-thalamic cells and recording exctracellular neural signals from multi electrode array device to characterize sleep properties. On the other, I am also working on sleep EEG in mice.
During my PhD program, I was involved on cerebral cortex neurophysiology applied on movement disorders of monkey and human models. After my master program in biomedical engineering, I have had a patent (hardware/software) to predict of heart attack.
To apply my scientific skills in industrial field, I joined the inspection company as executive manger  for PSI, quality, quantity, marking, packing and loading of goods in European countries. Moreover, working with two biotech institute as R&D manager/data scientist/ product development and two medical companies as marketing manager, three hospitals as medical equipment manager give me the great opportunity to collect academic and industrial experience to be more effective for bigger challenges and has given me solid experience in medical/engineering area.
I recently joined  Amol University of Special Modern Technologies and I am working as assistant professor in engineering department.
